4. Fees and payments
Membership fees, ticket purchases, donations, or event-related payments are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated:
Membership dues and event fees are non-refundable
Ticket purchases are final sale
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the organization in special circumstances.
5. Events and performances
Event schedules, rehearsal dates, venues, and performances may change due to operational, weather, venue, or unforeseen circumstances.
The Calgary Crescendo Choir Society reserves the right to:
Cancel or reschedule events
Modify performance programs
Refuse admission when necessary for safety or operational reasons
Participation in rehearsals, concerts, tours, or choir activities is at your own risk.
6. Photography and media consent
By attending rehearsals, performances, or choir events, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, and recordings may be captured for promotional, archival, marketing, social media, or website purposes.
Unless a written request is submitted in advance, participants and attendees grant permission for the Calgary Crescendo Choir Society to use such media without compensation.
