About Calgary
Crescendo Choir
A Community That Sings Together
Founded in 1997, Calgary Crescendo Choir is a non-auditioned, self-funded adult choir celebrating the beauty of Italian music alongside beloved English repertoire. Open to everyone — Italian and non-Italian alike — we bring people together through the joy of singing.
From community concerts and cultural festivals to special events across Alberta and beyond, our performances blend folk, popular, classical, and seasonal favourites.

Our Concerts and Community Events
Each season, we present a series of concerts for our Calgary audiences—often during the Christmas and spring seasons. We also share our music at festivals, community centers, and seniors' residences. From the Calgary Italian Cultural Centre to local favourites like Spolumbo’s, we bring warmth and harmony wherever we go.
